Curtis, owner of ICSC and True Media Group, is a Community Activist, having come to Columbus in 1991 to do a project for AmeriFlora ’92. Curtis fell in love with the city and it’s been his home ever since. Currently he is the Business at Large Commissioner and Zoning Chair for the Southside Area Commission, and has served on multiple non-profit and profit boards over the years.

Olga, a published author, educator and a tenured financial professional runs her own financial planning practice specializing in working with executives and owners of closely-held businesses. Her work has been recognized by Increase CDC with a Micro Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Tony is a veteran of the financial services industry with over 14 years of experience. He is currently the Assistant Vice President, Operational Risk Management Specialist at Huntington National Bank. His longevity and diverse background in financial services has awarded him expertise in Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Retail Banking and Treasury Management.
Executive Board Member, Chair of Marketing & Communications
Taylor is a librarian, freelance web designer, and activist. He has provided marketing and communications for various LGBTQ nonprofits and student organizations over the years, including I’m From Driftwood, Lexington Fairness, the University of Kentucky OUTsource. He received the Jason Johnson Scholarship from the Kentucky Fairness Alliance for his service for the Kentucky LGBTQ community in 2012.
Chair of Government Relations
Kim is a proven and passionate advocate for LGBTQ Ohioans with a history of experience in leadership of LGBTQ non-profits. She is currently the CEO of KLW Consulting, which helps Executive Directors of non-profts have more time to do the work of their organization. An experienced coalition builder to forward progressive legislation and state policy improvements, Kim previously served as the Deputy Director and former Interim Director of Equality Ohio.
Chair of Development Committee
Chad has a diverse background, having worked and consulted for Fortune 100 companies, entrepreneurial entities, and startups in media, finance, and technology. Chad currently serves as Director of Business Services for Call Management Resources, a US-based call center and contact management company, but has worked in numerous roles including Associate Publisher of Outlook Ohio Magazine, Director of National Accounts for (614) Media Group, and Director of Client Services for ViaVero at GBQ Partners.
Education & Training Committee Chairperson
Douglas is the Director of Corporate Advancement at Economic and Community Development Institute (ECDI). He is an experienced leader in business development and communications.
Events Committee Chairperson
Dean is the Principal Consultant at Working Ontologist, published author, computer scientist, and a trailblazer of Semantic Web technologies. His committment to the local LGBTQ business community and hostmanship made him a natural fit for leading the events committee.
