She is the Equal Employment Opportunity Program Manager serving the Ohio Department of Administrative Services. In this capacity, Jen works with State Agencies on Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives, including Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, and Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Planning.
Jen’s professional experience demonstrates an expertise in a variety of government legal and policy fields. Most recently, she served as the Ohio Attorney General’s Office Manager of Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives where she implemented programming and initiatives around Retention, Engagement, and Recruitment efforts under the Office’s Diversity & Inclusion Plan.
Joing Ms. Adair will be Ms. Ramona Peel. As the Lead Trainer for The Equitas Health Institute, Ramona Peel is directly involved in The Institute’s education, research, and community engagement programs. She collaborates on creating The Institute’s training programs, and leads the delivery of training to internal and external audiences. Ramona also is a Political Science Lecturer at the Newark branch of The Ohio State University. In addition, her lived experience as a trans woman informs and enriches her work.
