The success of the Diversity Chamber of Central Ohio (D2CO) is driven by a passionate team of volunteer leaders dedicated to promoting diversity, inclusion, and economic empowerment for the LGBTQ+ business community. Our leadership team brings a wealth of experience from various sectors, working together to create meaningful opportunities for entrepreneurs, professionals, and allies across Central Ohio.

Allison Harrison, President

Allison Harrison is a dedicated advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, a leader in the legal field, and a champion for diversity in business. As the owner of a certified LGBTBE and WBE law firm, she focuses on estate planning, business law, and litigation, working to make legal services accessible – especially for LGBTQ+ individuals, families, and small businesses. One of her goals is to create a safe space where anyone in need of legal help feels supported and understood.

LuAnne Baer, Interim-Secretary

LuAnne is an accomplished business leader with a proven record of success, recognized for her process-oriented approach, impeccable work ethic, and empathetic leadership style. She brings deep expertise in operations management, strategic planning, and guiding organizational growth.

As a strong ally to the LGBTQ+ community, LuAnne is honored to serve on the Board of Directors of the Diversity Chamber of Central Ohio, where she applies her skills to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is especially passionate about supporting LGBT-certified businesses, helping them gain visibility, resources, and opportunities to thrive within the broader business community.

K. Zulene Adams, Board Member

K. Zulene Adams is the Co-Founder and CEO of the award winning firm, Z Promotions.  They get you noticed and make you memorable through creative product branding and have been serving their clients globally since 2006.  As a proven leader, mentor and ally, she exemplifies the Z Promotions vision by obtaining and retaining the best talent to engage with their clients, also by increasing their clients’ brand recognition and achieving their marketing objectives and finally by serving different organizations to make a difference in our local and global environments.

Tyler Collier, Board Member

Ty Collier is the founder and owner of PridePromo by Queerencia, a promotional marketing agency that helps organizations create meaningful impact through branded merchandise and community-driven campaigns. He has partnered with Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and national events to deliver inclusive, large-scale projects that inspire connection and visibility. Passionate about entrepreneurship and social impact, Ty is committed to using business as a force for good while championing diversity and inclusion. He lives in Columbus, Ohio, and is proud to serve on the board of the Diversity Chamber of Central Ohio.

Joseph Militello, Board Member

Joseph Militello is a strategic business leader with expertise spanning mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, and corporate advisory. He currently works in Director Advisory Services at J.P. Morgan, where he helps organizations navigate complex strategic decisions and drive long-term value. Passionate about inclusive leadership, Joseph is recognized for his work advancing boardroom diversity and empowering underrepresented executives through tailored advisory solutions. Outside of work, he combines his love for strategy with creativity — from flipping houses to cultivating a thriving botanical collection.

She helps sales-allergic professionals leverage their own connection style to be viewed as a Trusted Advisor, instead of a sleazy salesperson. Through “Purposeful and Intentional Interactions,” you learn how authentic relationships create positive experiences and build confidence that’ll also be seen in your bottom line.
